These are the official return/exchange policies for Pharm Origins Distribution

We offer a 30-Day money back guarantee from the date the product is delivered to the shipping address via USPS for all products. You must contact our support team to receive a return authorization so we can efficiently process your return and refund.
Please Note: You must return all products listed in your original RMA. If not, we will issue you a partial refund based on what is received to us.
Your refund will be processed within 8-10 business days after arrival. All returned product must be unopened and not tampered with.

As per our return policy, we will provide a return label for ease, but we do not cover the return shipping costs. Once your return is received, we will process your return and simply deduct the return shipping cost from your order refund.
